If You Have To Shoot Trees At Night…

600 Watt Seconds seems to be more than enough. A test shot from A shoot with Aubrey Dee at Sacandaga Lake. One of the final images can be found here_F9R9546.

Tiny But Mighty…

I dont even know how this capture happened. Elinchrom Ranger RX speed AS is my hero, and I would shoot with six of them and 12 heads if I could.

I don’t think my cornia’s appreciate it though. A light test shot of Jenni Lynn right before another lookbook shoot for Mainline Nation Clothing.

Is It Crap? Or Art?

Only your gallery knows for sure… All natural light through some terribly small windows makes for a very slow shutter speed, mix in me drinking too much coffee, and a random light leak, voila! Kodak 160nc, Hasselblad 501C.

BAD BLAD

An Amazing Mid-Shoot Candid.

My assistant, Michael Mastal, taking a second to think about life while sitting next to the Hudson River.

When in Las Vegas…

We quickly discovered that Las Vegas is very strict about photo permits when a “private security guard” on a segway made us take the light down faster than we set it up. Brandon Bond showing us how he feels about photo permits. What could have been amazing images, turned into a pile of random candids…

Silhouettes are cool too, right?

Sometimes you are excited about the way the shoot is going, and you just fore before the flash recycles… Was it a great shot lost? The world may never know… Yound and Devine for Mainline Nation.

Lights, Camera, FIGHT!!!

Mark Pettograsso is seen here filming video of Jay White, and myself during another of the Mainline Nation look book shoots. Jay White is a professional MMA fighter, and one of the nicest guys you will ever have the chance to meet.
